1. Play unlimited/ unrestricted golf for an access fee of only $30.00 on eight premier Island courses
2. Six championship caliber Har-tru tennis courts - two courts are lit for evening play - complete with tennis pro and ball hitting machines - these are $50 per hour courts - complimentary while in residence.

   Accommodations / Residences

1. A beautifully furnished three bedroom/three bathroom 2,000 square foot home. 
2. The homes are worry free. They are completely maintained by our excellent Club Corp management team, and are vacation ready.
3. In addition to all the usual necessities (dishes-pots and pans silverware etc.) they are stocked with all your paper products, soaps, shampoos, coffee etc...
4. All twenty-eight homes have hi-speed internet, and free long distance calls.

 

On Property Amenities

1. A very welcoming Clubhouse with fresh baked cookies, and coffee every day.
2. You can reserve the conference room for special occasions. Owners have catered business meetings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries etc... Management will assist with details, and it is all complimentary.
3. Nicely equipped exercise room. (See amenities page for description of equipment)
4. Billiards, ping pong, checkers, and movies.
5. Croquet, bocce ball, cornhole.
6. Basketball court - children's playground.
