The Residences


There are only twenty-eight three bedroom three bath homes on sixty acres of land within the private gated community of Indigo Run.

The floor plan is identical in all homes. It optimizes use of the 2,000 square feet. The homes are spacious, airy and well lit. The two master suites are located on opposite ends of the home for night time privacy. The master suite bathrooms have huge jacuzzi tubs, a comfortably large walk-in shower, and a vanity area with double sinks. You have a choice of beds in the master suites. Fourteen homes have a King size bed in one suite, and two Queen size beds in the other.

Fourteen homes have two Queen size beds in each suite.The third bedroom is right of the foyer area in the front part of the home. It has two twin beds. All bedrooms have a TV that is hidden within an armoire. There are telephones in the two master suites. The phone sits atop a stylish writing desk in a nook adjacent to the armoire. Use the desk to set your laptop on (all homes are wired for high speed internet), or make an old fashioned phone call (long distance calls are free).

The living area is centralized and open to all three bedrooms. A great socializing area during the day or night. It has a Hi- def TV with cable and a DVD player. A sound system, and a gas fireplace. Simply flick a switch and the fireplace is lit - instant ambience. The dining table comfortably seats six at the table, with the ability to seat eight. There are two high top chairs that sit at the edge of the kitchen counter. These chairs are in the same area as the dining table.

The kitchen has all that you will need. A stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A toaster, microwave, and blender. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and all other necessities.

The laundry room has: a large capacity washer and dryer with a laundry counter working area; a 84 gallon hot water heater; Storage shelves; barbeque tools for the outdoor grill, and a vacuum cleaner .

The homes are stocked with soaps, paper products, and trash can liners. There is coffee in the kitchen for your coffee pot. A USA Today newspaper at your front door.

Whatever else your Hilton Head vacation requires - bikes waiting on the front porch - dinner reservations - golf tee times - a sailing trip or a cruise to Savannah - etc. - can be prearranged through our excellent concierge service. They gently approach you forty five days prior to arrival. Their purpose is to discover what your needs are for this vacation. The staff is available seven days a week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

 




A Quick Summary of the Homes

There are 28 3/bedroom. 3/bath 2,000 sq. ft. homes on 60 acres all within a private gated community. Each home has double master suites. The third bedroom has two twin beds. You have a choice of beds within the master suites-either one king or two queen beds, or two Queen size beds in each suite. Property includes 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a swimming pool and hot tub area. There are communal areas with picnic tables and gas grills, and a large lagoon where you can fish. Located in the front section of the property is a large game playing area - it is adjacent to the pool - in the back section of our community is a professionally maintained putting green.
