Owner Golf Privileges

By far the best golf privileges on the Island. Golf is available, from the first tee time to the last, any day of the year for an access fee of $30.00 per round. In addition, there are two Club Corp Signature Gold courses on the Island. The Country Club of Hilton Head, and The Golf Club at Indigo Run. Owners Club owners can upgrade their membership and play cart fee only golf at these two courses.

Tennis

This is complimentary tennis within our community known as Indigo Run. The Sunningdale Park area includes six har-tru tennis courts. There are two lit courts available for evening play. Complete with a tennis pro - and ball hitting machines. Comparable courts on the Island are $35.00 to $70.00 per hour.

Outdoor Pools

There are three great pools available . On property there is a generous 30’ x 50’ pool. Also on property, a short distance away at Sunningdale Park, there is a Junior Olympic sized pool, and a one foot deep toddlers pool.

Clubhouse

There is a 10,000 sq. ft. Southern provincial Clubhouse on property. It is staffed and maintained by Master Club, Inc., a subsidiary of Club Corp®. It has a conference room, a lounge area with pool table (fresh brewed coffee - and fresh baked cookies await you in this area daily), and an exercise room. Our concierge staff is available from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM seven days a week.

Conference Room 

The Clubhouse has a 40’ x 40' conference room. This area includes an extended table which seats comfortably ten people. A 52" Hi-def TV for your audio visual presentations, and a comfortable seating area. Our management and concierge staff will assist with all catering, set up, clean up needs. The space and all assistance by our staff is complimentary.

   

Exercise Facilities

The exercise room includes: two treadmills; one Precor EFX544 elliptical fitness

cross trainer - two Heart Trainer 1000's - a V-1 Hoist Fitness System - Free Weights

with a weight bench - a 37" Hi- def TV to watch while you exercise - all within a

Islanders Beach Club

The Beach Club is designated for property owners only on Hilton Head. It is located mid-island adjacent to the 5 star Westin Resort and The Barony Beach Club. The Island Beach Club is Oceanfront with plenty of parking available. It has a changing and restroom area with showers, and a playground area. The beach and park is handicapped accessible.

Marina

There are nine full service marinas on Hilton Head Island. Broad Creek Marina is located within walking distance from the property. Broad Creek offers: long or short term dry or wet storage; tours; charters, and all water sports.
